Basic setup issues such as network selection, signal at the location and the device’s setup state can be checked within the agreed scope.
Why does it keep going offline?
The device, location and signal can be reviewed to identify a practical next step, even when the answer is not a new installation.
Are the basic settings right?
When included, app connection and the settings needed for ordinary day-to-day use can be reviewed with you.
How do I actually use it?
A patient walkthrough helps you understand the finished setup without confusing jargon or a rushed handoff.
